Bug Info: Issue is where you can create or download a livery to your car however the game defaults it back to the original manufacture colour/livery so you cannot take photos of your cars with custom liveries nor see them on the track. However you can see the liveries in the menu.

Settings:
Dynamic Render Quality - Ultra
Performance Target - Unlocked
Resolution Scale - 100%
Anisotropic Filtering - 16x
Raytracing Quality - Full reflections + RTAO
Raytracing Quality Ultra
Everything else is maxed to Ultra where I can or High
Attempted fixes: Reinstall which takes for ages, GPU drivers changing/updated, reset in-game settings.
Content Update: Has been happening since mid January

For me this problem often occurs when I select “test drive” from the tuning menu. I would load directly from the menus onto the track, and the car wouldn’t have its livery loaded in. Exiting to the event menu (Not all the way back to the main menu), going to “car select”, and selecting my car again usually fixes the issue in that session.
Playing on Series X, in Performance mode.

Well i’m glad you posted, this indeed seems to be a fix on PC as well.
It’s rather odd this bug occurred after an update and how it suddenly became broken haha. At least there’s a work around but hopefully it can be fixed properly, again appreciate you posting this!
Bug still persists. Livery completely goes back to stock when Test Driving directly from Tuning page.

I am having issue wit fm on pc where i dont see playerss names or liverys my liverys work but other players are the standard colours. I lost tried resetting and repair files also graphics highest on card. Can’t seem get to bottom

In testdrive, there is no livery on the car. (Only the standard livery is visible)

It has been that way since the start. It doesn’t matter which car you drive, it will always show the default paint.
