Game says fortune island not installed even though it is.

So I own the ultimate edition and I game share with my 13 year old nephew.

I got the 6GB download and the fortune island expansion today as expected and both are installed.

I go into the game and fortune island appears on the map. I drive to it, and it tells me I have to install it. It takes me to the page on the shop and for a few seconds, whilst the video loads it give me an ‘install now” button and then that disappears and it says “already installed”. I go back to the game and it tells me I have to install fortune island.

Is there any fix for this? Could it be anything to do with game sharing?

I have the same exact issue, and i’m not sharing with anyone, i’ve even tried reinstalling it, but it did not work.

I have the exact same issue. Got the ultimate edition on Xbox, not gamesharing though.
