Hey guys, I just logged onto my Forza Horizon 2 for Xbox One and when it said sync it gave me 2 options, sync from console or sync from Cloud both options when clicked do not load my actual save but instead load a brand new save, personally I find this ridiculous that I have had to contact Xbox Support 3 times and basically beenturned away each time. I would like someone to help me out here as I have lost over 160 hours of data with almost 100% completion. If there is no way of retrieving my save is it possible for Turn 10 to compensate for what I have lost.
