Game is not progressing after the Horizon Finale is Unlocked

Hi All,

The game is not progressing forward and I am unable to unlock new championships from Horizon Maps.
It says championships unavailable at the current destination although I am at the correct destination.
I tried many things like power cycle, play horizon finale multiple times but no luck.

Can someone help?

Look for the orange Horizon Hub symbol on the map.

What is the last location you finished - you may need to return there to select the new championship before it allows you to progress.

Have you tried the NAT check as well?

Go to Settings —> Network —> Test Multiplayer Connection —> Run Test
Test will run and come to a completion screen, DO NOT CONTINUE
Hold done Left Bumper, Left Trigger, Right Trigger, Right Bumper until a menu pops up.
Wait for all info to appear and make sure your NAT is listed as open.
IF OPEN NAT: Press B, Press A, and once at the Network menu do a power cycle.
IF NOT OPEN NAT: Repeat from Holding down the four buttons until the NAT becomes OPEN.
—> If you do this (or this entire process) 4 or 5 times and you cannot get an OPEN NAT you have to check your router settings. Something isn’t set up right.

Try that and see if it doesn’t help with communication.
