Subject about says it all… Game froze in leveling screen. Wouldn’t respond. Uninstalled all, reinstalled (a three hour process!) and it wouldn’t start. Repeated process over night, and it won’t load, the images for the “installed” apps are blank and get the 0c87e1000c error code.
Spectacular tech support as usual. Guess I’ll just use the xbox as a door stop. What crap!
As that error code doesn’t come up on Xbox i doubt the devs can help you. Try again!

Also you typed the code incorrectly in your post. It’s an installation error. The file either isn’t fully installed or is corrupt in some way.
