I got an Xbox One S with Forza Horrizon 4 code inside. Game is installed and I got yo try the first race (the intro one) but game always crashes in the festival part. I’m return to my Xbox game list. Why is this? Please help. I receive no error code. Game is installed and up to date.

when was the last time you properly restarted your console. not just off and on but properly restarted from the settings screen where it says restart console, and now also in the power off screen
And since it’s a digital code, did you set home console to gt that redeemed code? Could help.
