Is the rotation lock in this game fixed before I buy the game?

There is no “rotation lock” in FH3 or FM7. The games will both match your steering wheel.
You get full rotation of whatever wheel you have, including 900 degrees.
The animation of the steering wheel in cockpit view is limited to 90 degrees right / 90 degrees left - your car’s steering is not limited to this.
Front wheel steering angle animations may also appear limited, but you are still getting 900 degrees of rotation (if your wheel is set up properly).
If in Controls/Advanced Settings your “Steering Sensitivity” is set to 100, that means it is set to use 100% of your wheel’s rotation - in your case 900 degrees.

I was playing the demo of the game and it appeared that the game would only let me tuen 90 degrees each way which was a nuisance.

It seemed like it only worked at the 90 degrees in the demo. I thought I would ask seen as I do not want to spend £40 on this game as I am not sure if refunds are possible
When the demo first came out, there was limited wheel support.
The demo has since been updated with the same wheel support and PC performance improvements that went into the full game in May.
