FX6300/8GB RAM/GTX 760 - stuck on loading screen

Hello,
I have downloaded APEX two days ago, and well - I can’t get through the loading screen (infinite loading).
My specs are
AMD FX6300 @ 4.2 GHz
8 GB of RAM
GTX 760 with 2GB of VRAM (main GPU)
AMD Radeon HD4350 (additional GPU for 2nd monitor)
Windows 10 Pro 1511 x64
Main screen - LG W2243S (plugged into GTX760)
2nd screen - AG Neovo F-15 (plugged into HD4350)
Driver version for Nvidia - 365.10
Driver version for Radeon - newest from Windows Update

DXDIAG click

Same here.

Dev team - I really need help

I would say it’s the second GPU which is probably not recognized that’s causing the problem along with the dual monitors. Disable them and the game will probably play.

I have already unplugged AMD card from motherboard and checked - with no effect.

Can you try updating to these exact gfx drivers and download them from this link:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Radeon-Software-Crimson-Edition-16.5.1.aspx?sf25677572=1

These drivers aren’t compatible with HD4350.

Drivers will still be loaded even though you have removed the HD4350 from your PC. The only test I can think of: remove the HD4350, use AMD recommended tools to complete remove all drivers.

I have the same cpu and 12 GB of RAM. The only diference is my gpu wich is a GTX 650 ti 1 GB. I can say that i play the game fine at 1080p 60 fps médium settings. Try removing the amd gpu and uninstall all gpu drivers. Next install only the GTX 760 drivers and hope for the Best. The game looks incredible even at medium

Tried with AMD card plugged out and drivers wiped out by DDU. Still no effect!

Had the same problem, turns out that threads run uncontrolled (and all on the same core) so supporting threads have no chance to complete the work the main thread needs to complete and continue progress…solution is to lower every threads priority that uses a lot of CPU power.

This will make your game run badly and you will have to tweak the threads again when you get into the game to make it somewhat playable.

Okay, but now I have another issue - I removed the game and tried to download it again, but when I click Install only 11,8 MB are downloaded from Microsoft Store.

Solved! I had to remove all APEX files manually and then re-download the whole game. Now it works.

You reinstalled it without the AMD card in place? If so, that’s probably why it works now. The original install found that card and tried to set the game up for it and failed since that card does not support DX 12. I have the FX 6300 but it’s coupled with an R9-270X card and it works great.

No, card was plugged in during this process.

FX-6300, 16GB Ram, GTX 970 - ran fine for 2 days, then decided to crash at loading screen.

Ha, found the fix by accident: Got a windows message that there’s a reward waiting for me at Forza Hub. I thought this is funny, can’t start the game but it’s giving me rewards.

Started Forza Hub, found a bunch of credits and tried to start Apex. And it didn’t crash  So with Forza Hub left open I can run the game. When I quit the game a notification about a new NVIDIA driver came in. I’ve updated the driver, lets hope the game will still start today.

Same problem here, AMD Radeon HD7850 (2GB VRAM) and 8GB RAM. Updating to latest drivers didn’t help.

Try reinstalling the game, drivers (use DDU to remove).

I did so but the game still crashes at loading screen after sign in into xbl.
