I bought Forza Horizon 2 for the 360 shortly after it came out but just recently (last month) I noticed that I had smashed all 150 reward boards but I still have to pay full price on parts, although fast travel is free.
I thought the main boards on the island were for free Fast Travel and XP? Only Storm Island has the cheaper upgrades from what I’ve seen (Xbone) So I guess it’s the same.
I am not sure, I thought 100 of them were for upgrade discounts and 50 were for fast travel discounts. Plus they are Credit Boards, so doesn’t that mean they are for cheaper parts?
150 boards on main island breaks down into:
-50 Fast Travel Discount Boards (2% discount per board, 100% discount at 50 boards smashed)
-100 XP Boards (which further breaks down into X[15?] 15K XP boards, Y[35?] 5K {or was it 7.5K?} XP boards, and Z[50?] 1K XP boards)
Storm Island has 25 boards, which give a small discount on parts. Not 100% off, but still, a discount. Race engine parts for less than 1,000 CR isn’t too bad.

Woops. Didn’t see that in your first post. In that case, I don’t know. Maybe try referring to an online guide via YouTube or any other site [or other 360 players chime in]?

maybe read the words “XP boards” and that might give you a clue
50 1000XP (cyan)
35 7500XP (pink)
15 15000XP (red)
All of the XP boards have your ugly drivatar face (sorry but I really find the player’s face ugly) on them
the fastravel ones have yellow on them
Credit board just add to your total credit amount, not discount upgrade prices
