froze just after I finished a championship and now I can't move on. help!

I was doing the super GT championship, finished race 4 and won the championship, it sbown the results, the table but then froze!

Now I cant move on, theres no next race, it wont let me re run my last race and it wont let me select a new championship because it says im currently in the super GT one.

Im guessing this is because it’s not saved correctly but how can I move on??

I have had the same issues but worse my has taken me back to my very 1st car and the game tells me I have only done 5.5%!! when on load screen it tells me I have done 55% and when you contact forza or turn 10 by email no reply by what I have been told the only thing is to delete the save game and restart from the very beginning
