Bug Info: Since release, I have had an issue where FPS will be steadily drop to an unplayable state. The only fix is to restart the game. I can run a few races, then this issue will pop up. I thought maybe it was due to my settings so I changed them around, things like turning off player liveries, ray tracing ect, but no fix, the issue will still persist over different settings combos, driver installs, and game versions. If I am in private lobbies I can do a race with friends with no issues at all, then in between, the fps will suddenly drop to the 20’s until I restart. Same with Featured Spec. Race a touring race today at Watkins Glen and everything was fine until lap 2 when FPS dropped on the pit straight, but got better around the rest of the lap, but then the FPS drop became steady and permanent over the course of the play session. I have also noticed that it may coincide with minimizing the game. Below is a video of the low FPS with some statistics overlaid.

Content Update: Was this happening prior to the most recent content update or did it start after the update? I have had this issue on various game versions/updates.
