If you want a FPS counter that works with UWP and DX12 install the latest beta for MSI AB & RTSS here:

http://download-eu2.guru3d.com/afterburner/MSIAfterburnerSetup440Beta17.rar

Now has full configurability for OSD

i have msi afterburner but cant find any fps options sadly ! thanks for the tip tho

What? You can add anything to the OSD/In-game overlay…

  1. Go into settings>monitor and on the graph find frame rate and tick the option and highlight it

  2. While hilighted look further at the bottom and tick show in on screen display then click ok

  3. With RTSS running which install with after burner open and tick at the top to show on screen display.

Application detectionI level >low and choose a colour and position from the screen in bottom corner.

Load up project cars and you should have the D3D overlay showing FPS!!

Apex and Horizon 3 had one but not this? T10 are a strange bunch.
