It’s random, there is no conspiracy.
People don’t have to try and manufacture a problem that doesn’t exist, some will log straight on to a Wreckage available to them, some will unfortunately have to wait a long time for 1 to show but that’s all it is, unfortunate.
On the console, if the game starts in quick resume, the arcade events (or eliminator) don’t seem to come up or find a team. I need to quit and restart the game.
I’d recommend not using Quick Resume at all for this game…so many people have had problems with it, even seen people lose saves because of it. It’s just not worth it for the sake of an extra, what? 30 seconds or so (time it takes to exit the game when done and then reload it later)
Eliminator should not be used for the playlist it is based on luck and chance through the weekly and daily tasks players will be forced into an unfair game mode and show it as popular in the statistics or is it coincidental that the eliminator server is having trouble when quests are attached to it.
I was on for 3 hours before - Lots of chaos, a few speed and a few air, but absolutely no wreckage at all what so ever 
Same here… Been playing for 3.5 hours tonight, checking every 15 minutes and not one Wreckage, a shed load of Drifts, Chaos and Air though just absolutely no Wreckage games…Extremely annyoing
