I used a Porsche 928 for the drift challenge in the Forzathon and got over 80,000 points in a single lap, but no progress is shown on the Forzathon screen. What’s the deal?
its t10 its broke they don’t. do testing obviously I’ve done every challenge for that forzathon only showing one as complete
It’s not broken, it works. All it takes is a little patience for the progress to update, which apparently, nobody has anymore.
It was the same way last Forzathon, yet everyone conveniently forgets…

Yeah, even turn 10 forgot to sort it out.
I found there was a delay between completing an objective and being credited for it.
So I went away and did something else for a bit, came back and bingo progress unlocked.
I managed to complete both challenges this week this way.

Tangent question for all of you, but how are you getting into Forzathon? My screen shows me the three challenges…I can scroll through them and see each “sub” challenge…but I cannot get any of them to start - what am I potentially doing wrong?
There is nothing to start. It works just like it did in FH3, just do the races that meet the criteria.

Just look at the first challenge, see what you have to do, then go in to either freeplay or rivals and try to achieve the set goal. E.g. the drift challenge I did on rivals on the drift Dubai track in a Porsche 718.
After that I probably went in to Freeplay for the completion of the rest. Selected whatever car or track combination the challenge required and off I went.
As mentioned above, don’t expect immediate progress, so complete the challenge, do something else and come back to it.

If you want faster results, you will have to exit COMPLETELY out of Forza 7 and reboot. Once you do this, it will pretty much sync up. Then there are times when I will unlock the challenge, but don’t receive the car until after a couple of reboots.
don’t really need to do that, just do a race or event for the other forzathon challenge and by the time you finish that the other challenge will have updated,
I did all forzathon challenges 1 after the other alternating each challenge, even doubling up with some , without exiting out of the game at all

You need to do it on rival’s. Takes about four attempts at average 18k
And then I had to restart the game for it to take affect
My Forza 7 on PC forzathon does not work from impremented.

Miami homestade 190mph two times 190mph over but indicator 0/189(mph).
not 1 challenge registers for me on pc, done them multiple times example 180mph at homestead miami i have done 20 times in various cars all exceeding 180mph and nada ,nowt nothing registers.whats is the problem? no progress no matter what i do!
The issue isn’t as simple as many above make out.
Yes, you need patience, but sometimes it just doesn’t work.
Eg the current “drive 5 miles on Bathurst in an Australian car”. Did it yesterday as spec (about 10 laps, which is way over 5 miles).
Nothing. Went away for an hour. Still nothing. Raced again. Still nothing.
Rebooted X-Box the next day and #forzathon is “coming soon”, then about 20 mins later, it’s back and still not registering.
An hour later still (having done some other races). Nothing.
After a while, it’s just boring doing the same thing over and over again and not getting anything, especially with the game interface and race setup time so arduous.
4th forzathon 3th with issues and that is outside the delay in updating challenge.
whats up with the Forzathon? i only see one of them listing and the other two are not?
Same here I only see the World Tour 2 (completed) and nothing else. To the slopes and Creative Corner are missing.
I too only see the world tour. Will the others be fixed or time extended?
I painted a car and there was any progress in Forzathon challenge.
I also only see the world tour part 2 challenge.
why is forzathon so messed up on FM7 but works perfectly on Horizon 3 ? I`ve done all 294 challenges up to date with no problems, but on FM7 its a total disaster, hope it is fixed before expire date, as the only reason Ive kept the game since completion is for the challenges, which at the minute is more hassle than its worth, especially having to quit out after each part to get it to register.
Come on devs sort it out , its not a new problem its been going on since #Forzathon launched which was well after the game launched
