This problem so basic i bought forza horizon 4 ultimate add on stack bundle and i collect dlc cars but i cant because and i saw purchased sign and i dont have i write ticket a forza support site and just only They are doing merged tickets and not any answers i waiting 3 weeks and i didnt any bad behaviours no harrasment no toxic behaviours and im despair rn this so basic but no can helped me what should I do? i sending all detals but no reason someone any people helped me forza supporters pls i all tried any informations but i can’t get it only says purchased and I can’t collect the cars dlcs

i Bought in in steam and steam support suggested me talk the forza support site and not any answers and i bought it ultimate add on stack bundle and i cant collect reward seems purchased but i dont have rewards
