FH2 and FF7 have an infrastructure problem that is being worked on now and should be fully resolved soon. Unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA yet but I know there are people looking at it.
For FM5, we’ve found and fixed a bug that requires a server update. With any luck, we’ll make that update tomorrow. I’ll post in the Rewards FAQ when that fix goes live.

My FF7 points finally showed up today but not the reward for smashing the bonus boards about 3-4 weeks after achieving them. I manually check FH2 but nothing was there.
Oddly, my FH1 points went down for the DLC, despite owning everything I can purchase (season pass, rally, VIP, all kinds of car packs; nothing else is available).
My FH2 points seem to be correct, and updating relatively regularly. As are my F5 points. I haven’t played much F5 though. Not sure if there’s any issues there.
The other odd thing is that I am continually reminded to preorder forz 6, which I have already done.

FM4 hasn’t updated the progress for me in about a week, everything else seems to update within 24hours. Just not FM4 nothing has changed in a week

Noticed discrepancies in all of my forza games relating to rewards. Whats the latest on this issue?
FM4 isn’t updating everything.
it updates everything but the following:
paid dlc
perfect passes
cars owned (says 41 and i have over 100)
and days played.
other things like driver score and gamerscore have updated.
FM3 hasn’t updated in a couple weeks now, FM4 seems to be updating for me but 3 has done nothing
Have you actually played the game for a bit - sometimes the servers need you to play to give them a kick to update your info. If not - post in the Forza Rewards FAQ thread.
So i’ve been playing my games and getting achievements, days played and cars and etc to hit tier 7 before forza 6 and FM4 is killing me. i have 302 cars in FM4 and my account still shows 41. now my days plays and miles driven and driver level update, but not the car count. with forza 6 just a week away what is going on to resolve this? this is a difference of 0 to 5mil CR on launch…
I’ve seen your car count in FM4 jump twice in the last couple of minutes. FM4 updates in batches, so the key is to play the game a bit after you buy cars.
first of all thank you very much for the reply, it makes me feel much better about hte issue. I hit over 300 cars a little over a week ago now, and i’ve raced and leveled a few times since then on at least 2 days since then, maybe 3. my FM5 count would have defiantly updated a couple times since i was farming those last week.

if you check my xbox gamertag i got the achievement for finishing year 7 only 6 days ago so that you can see i have played. i thought there was an achienvement for hitting 100 cars because i know that would have hit at least 2 weeks ago and my count shows 41, so i know ive played a few days and for periods of time after i hit at least the 100 count.

i do see that my car found in FM4 went from 41 (ive been keeping record of my scores) to 43, but still far from the 300+ i have, lol.

Has anyone had problems with Forza 6 not updating? It has been at least 2 weeks now since my last rewards update.
Yeah my score hasn’t updated since the first couple days of playing Froza 6!
My score is still at 0 for Forza 6 yet I know I have gotten score in it because my overall total has gone up.
I can’t even get the achievement for going to Forza Hub through Forza 6. It goes to the HUB and no achievement.
