So I am only 99 points away from the next tear of forza rewards. So I was going to grind out the original forza horizon because I had some things left to do. The easiest one was to drive 1,000 miles. According to forza rewards, I had already driven a little over 500 miles already. So I just started driving around in the game to get those miles. When I was taking a break, I wanted to check how many miles that I had left. Since the website takes a while to refresh the data. I just checked via the profile section in the game. When I did that, it shows that I have driven 1,271 MI. I couldn’t have driven more than 50-60 miles today. So why doesn’t Forza Rewards say that I’ve driven my 1,000 miles? Is it stuck at the half way mark or is it just not working? Any advice on what to do or what’s going on?
I was doing the same thing, trying to max out the rewards to get the the next tier and according to my profile I have driven over 2200 miles but my Forza Rewards is stuck at 695. Is there anyway to update it please?
Yeah same. Pretty sure i’ve got over 2,000 miles or something but the game claims i only have 737. 
Been that way for weeks, even though i’ve been playing it most days during that time.
And the cars owned one is staying at 52/100 cars, again for weeks even though in that time i have long passed 100 cars.
Making it difficult for me to reach Tier 11…
Days Played, achievements and every other stat has been updating though.
Well good news. After 43 days, my cars owned has updated to 100/100. Hopefully it has been the same for everyone.
Only cars owned missing for me now is in Forza Motorsport 4
By the way, to everyone wondering why your miles driven in game and the miles shown on the forza hub are not the same. Forza hub only counts miles driven in a race. The miles driven shown in the game combines racing miles and free roam miles. I recommend doing street race #19 where you race on the highway. It’s roughly 9.5 miles long and takes a few minutes. I usually get about 80k credits a race as well with difficulties enabled.

I too have had my car list requirement updated and complete now. 
Not sure if this is relevant but although I’ve got the achievement for level 50 on FM3 I’m still only at level 24 on the hub. Purely my fault as I deleted my old game save and started again so the hub is only looking at my present save.

I have a quite similar problem.
I’m tier 11 and i am trying to max out the rewards to get the next tier (12).
So i bought forza horizon 1, last week, which is the only forza game i didn’t play before.
According to my profile, the hub has updated my rewards except for my gamerscore which is blocked at zero.
My xbox profile confirmed that my gamerscore for forza horizon is 790/1500 but my Forza Rewards is stuck at 0/400.
Is there anyway to update it please ?

Game scores seem to have froze on all forza games recently.
I’ve been shy on FM3,4,5,6&7 as well as apex. All my horizons are 100% in the hub, save the first one, which is as complete as I can get it considering I don’t have the 1000 club dlc.
Great News! My Forza Horizon one has since fixed itself. Any forza rewards related action that I do shows up on forza rewards accordingly. However, now my horizon 2 isn’t working. All I needed to finish off horizon 2 was the gamerscore section. It said that I needed a thousand gamerscore to complete it. So thats exactly what I did. I spent the day grinding out the achievements until I got a thousand gamerscore. It’s not showing up. To make mattwrs more interesting, I’ve had other Forza games update their sats on rewards since then. Anything I can do?
