This is exactly how it works. What people are upset about is that the rewards are pushed down, and they have to work to get back up to the level they were just at.
Waiting, unfortunately. Out of curiosity, are there any other points you can get from other Forza games you own? A few points here and there will help, especially considering how close you are to Tier 11.
You could try posting in the Forza Rewards FAQ about your situation in the hopes that someone would see it and push your points through, but I wouldn’t count on it.
I’m in exactly the same position with FH2 and the Fast & Furious Expansion. I’ve done all the roads, miles, bought cars, completed the 15 bucket lists, upped my level in game etc. etc. but the only thing that appears to be counted on the Rewards page is Days Played. So some of it IS working, but large parts of it aren’t. Someone on the FAQ thread linked above did say their stats did eventually come through after about 3 weeks so not sure if it will eventually sort itself out or not. It hasn’t always been super quick to update, sometimes taking 2-3 days back when I was playing FH3 on a regular basis. Was hoping they would get it fixed before FH4 launched. Would be annoying to miss out on the loyalty rewards when you’ve done the work but the system is broken.
Anyone know when they update the rewards tiers before a game release? I kno it says every 48 hours sometimes it’s been a week, but i feel like they should update it a little before launch so we get max points. And i’ve Been playing old forzas to get my tier up and it hasn’t been updated in like almost a week. Also i’m Going to continue to play all today and don’t want to waste my time if it updates early today but I also don’t want to start fh4 if it doesn’t update.
I wouldn’t bank on it. The Rewards Tiers are pretty broken at the moment. I can’t even get Cars Owned in Horizon 2 to update.
I think you are pretty hopeful think they will update in a matter of days.
I managed to increase my Tier today thanks to FM5 stats updating quickly, though I have quite a backlog of points due in FH2 that aren’t updating. Should find out in a few hours if it recognises the new Tier, and also whether when the new rewards come out tomorrow whether they also gift credits to FH4.
The Forza rewards site needs a complete overhaul, overall it’s just really broken, lots of (advertised) features not working at all.
Often the site just doesn’t load, infinite loading spinner.
None of the friends compare functions have been working for over a year, no friends appear at all.
Achievements haven’t been displayed for over a year, simply says “You have unlocked all achievements for this title” which is untrue. I used to use this a lot but now I have to rely on third party sites.
Syncing issues, needless to say the syncing times always have been completely random. To be fair mine’s been quite good the last couple weeks (went from tier 10 to 11), most games sync in less than 24 hours, but my FM3 hasn’t synced at all and I’ve got a friend who’s waiting on FH2 to sync progress from 4 weeks ago.
Miscellaneous issues:
The cookies approval message in the header is messed up on mobile devices
Horizon 1 1000 club points are no longer obtainable, along with lots of gamerscore/points from Horizon 1 and other older games
I’m sure others have noticed, on the forum the info under your profile often displays as Tier 1/4 and driving since 2005 for everyone on occasions, rather than the correct info
It just really needs some attention, please discuss.
As a HUGE fan of Forza and an avid achiever of Forza Rewards, It is extremely frustrating. The friends function not working for THIS long shows a serious lack of concern or priority for T10. Rewards is a great program, and super appreciated, but please stop going half way. Attention to details and having working products is what separates the greats from the has beens.

Just really love all things Forza and the website as a whole really is the weakest link.
I started playing some of the old titles (FH2 and F2F&F) in order to ramp my level up ahead of Horizon 4 but none are coming through apart from Days Played. Really annoying as I’ve completed FH2F&F in its entirety which would have been enough to get me up to the next tier but none of the stats have come through. So I’ve been playing FH2 instead to do the same and had the same issue with that, completed Bucket Lists but nothing has come through. Frustrating, but it is free rewards so can’t really complain I guess…
I’m on a Galaxy S9+ and it’s been working for me every week that I check it. What do you mean when you say it doesn’t work? Does the page/info not load for you?
Just use the app. Always works, even if the website has infinite spinning. I guess for the updates there is no easy fix. You have to have support for all those legacy games. Even if new games have a better system the old one has to stay.
