I sent an email to forzafb@microsoft.com as instructed in the first post but got an automatic reply. I recently started Forza Horizon and most of the reward updates that can take up to 48 hours to update seem to work (achievements, tokens purchased), but paid DLC owned is stuck at 1/5 even though I purchased the season pass. Both the tokens and the season pass were purchased on the same day as well. Any help resolving this issue will be appreciated.

I can confirm the issues in various other threads about Rewards not updating properly as well as confirm that they are NOT confined to Forza Horizon. With Horizon, Iāve downloaded all DLC (Season Pass-related and non), yet the Rewards counter has been stuck at 3/5 for over two weeks.
Also, I used to have 1,000 points on FM3 but the Days Played counter is now at 42/50. (I played that game for well over 3 months.)
Has there been an official statement from Turn 10 on these issues? If not, why?
No statement but like everyone else having these issues you should be sending an email to forzafb@microsoft.com with all pertinent details. You will get an auto reply and may never get a direct response but it is the only way to contact the developers. Do not send more than one email - it will just slow things down.

Forza site is not loading to allow me to get my rewards
I lost Forza Horizon points since the Furious 7 game release.
Is there a fix soon?
My Forza Horizon points havenāt been fixed either but it also seems that it didnāt count all my F&F rewards either. I completed all the achievements in one day, yet Forza Rewards says I have 470/500ā¦
Two months later and Iām still at 3/5 for Paid DLC owned for Horizon. And now my Cr rewards arenāt showing up in-game after redeeming them from the site. I was thinking about giving up on Forza games anyway and this has pretty much made my mind up for me. Oh well, the Rewards system was fun while it worked.
Do no Turn 10 staff monitor these forums anymore?
Ahh Forza, I used to really love this game. This is the second month I havenāt received Rewards for Horizon but it donāt care much any more, I let my friendās kids play the game and they told me about it. I mostly play Project Cars and Assetto Corsa, Forza Horizon is way in the rear view mirror for me. A new generation of consumers is learning all about the Microsoft and their corporate partners.

unfortunately the rewards for Horizon are still broken and not updating (beside Days Played and Gamerscore). Can we expect any fix in the future? Because the way it is right now is a little frustratingā¦

Wish Iād known that Forza Horizon was broken before spending $28.35 on tokens in the older games in an attempt to get to 12,000 points before Forza 6 comes out. What a waste of money thatāll be if Forza Horizon stats donāt get fixed.
The worst part about all this is that the issue was brought to Turn 10ās attention more than FOUR MONTHS AGO. And nothing has changed on my end.

Yes, I absolutely agree with you mate. What I personally find even worse is that they are kinda ignoring the reports, bugs etc. on the reward system, but still advertise FM6 like everything is alright (or rather like they do not care at all about this āoldā game any longer). This feels like a massive slap in the face, and it will definitely prevent me from buying any Forza titles in the future if this little thing can not be even fixed in 4 monthsā¦
I mean: Perfect Passes, Miles driven etc. stopped working like 2-3 months ago ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Why not just check what has been changed/modified around the time the complaints started rolling in, then fix it and commit it on the servers? It might just be ONE LINE of code, taking 15 MINUTES at max to fix if you have to look through the code without āCTRL+Fā ā¦
Or they could just credit the points to anyone that has any points in the miles, passes, dlc sections.
Yup, sadly with Forza Horizon it doesnāt update the statistics except gamerscore , days and tokens for me. When I wrote about this for Forza 4 all of a sudden, at least the monthly (not the VIP), rewards came through (and thanks Turn10 for that). With Forza Horizon I havenāt had any rewards since I bought it in 2014 (only in the first month), and Iām kinda afraid of regretting buying VIP now (due to the numerous mention of rewards not coming through, so right now itās just a crown next to the gamertag). And statitics update stopped right round as Forza 3 servers went down as I recall it.
At least some communication is needed, judging from what I read so far on the forum, itās not like people wonāt understand if Turn10 would say that this is a very tough matter and theyāre solving it. E.g. ArenaNet with GW2, MMOās have genuinely toxic communities, and yet they are still understanding of troubles of their company on the forums. Come on Turn10, people here may be harsh sometimes, but there is no absence of love towards your titles.
I really hope that we will get at least some information update on this problem and some automated system to support the rewards system on legacy/classic titles (that could also resolve the problem of unobtainable achievements in F2 and F4). Right now itās really strange that there is a whole system encouraging you to buy previous games, and yet some things are unobtainable (like full gamerscore in F2/4) or stats in Horizon, with no support or at least a āstickyā thread that you are aware of the situation.
Has anyone received a response from the email mentioned on the 1st page? My Horizon rewards have also not updated in quite some time. Horizon 2 rewards are showing up just fine.
Yeah Im not too sure I should send an email yet about Horizon tracking, its been two weeks since I bought the game, and days played gamerscore and 1000 club track fine, and just started playing FM 3 and those are tracking just fine, would be nice to get the 400 points iām missing from horizon, as Ive driver close to 1500 miles and own over 100 cars, hopefully one day Iāll go on and those will be there
