I paid 90 CAD for Forza Motosport 7, tried downloading it, twice. Only took 2 days each time. And it hasn’t. After multiple communications with Help Agents from Microsoft they avoided the refund issue saying “my connection to the refund department is not working”. Either give me a download that will not take two days, due to abominably low download speed, or give me a complete refund. I would prefer the second option, since I am livid about all this experience. I never want to buy anything from Microsoft ever again.
You can ONLY get a refund from Microsoft since they are the retailer
