After this last update I’m having very long loading time and I mean VERY LONG as this video indicates. Once the game finally loads even the races have a very long loading time once you’ve set the rules, picked the location etc.
Not having them here but did in update 6 for a week or so

If you have a NVIDIA Card you could try clearing the cache, it will rebuild the shaders at launch and could possibly fix the load times
Also in the NVIDIA Control panel set the shader cache size to 10GB if you have the space
