Forza Motorsport car list discussion

Sorry if I interrupt you but there is more footage and more cars revealed

Or rather one car actually: 2019 Porsche 911 Speedster (#NewToMotorsport, coming from FH5)

Apart from that we can have another look at several cars announced earlier… including two that were cut from official lists at some point: 2021 Cadillac #31 Whelen Racing DPi-V.R and 2020 Formula Drift #151 Toyota GR Supra (probably because the trailer is composed of scenes coming from older footage).

There is also another look at the 2019 Porsche 911 Carrera S, not announced officially yet.

I’ve updated my list.

[EDIT: I’ve watched some more gamescom gameplay and noticed another unannounced car in Builders Cup menu: 2004 Audi S4 (it seemingly replaced the 2005 BMW M3 seen before in the same spot).]

So, we’re getting this and the other 3 Cadillacs from this year? Nice. And the #02, the blue one, it’s confirmed? I saw it in one of their blogs but in the initial car list, only the #01 and #31 are listed.

I just hope we are not getting the 2021 Cadillac #31 Whelen Racing DPi-V.R and the Cadillac V-Series.R in the same race division. If they do that I will be very disappointed. Put together the 2021 Cadillac #31 Whelen Racing DPi-V.R and the Acura ARX-05, and separe them from the Cadillac V-Series.R #01, Cadillac V-Series.R Whelen Racing #31 and Cadillac V-Series.R #02. Even if the three Cadillacs are alone in their division T10 can add other LMH and LMDh cars in this division as post launch content.

Cadillac DPi-V.R was supposed to come to the game after launch. At least that’s what Max suggested when the car was removed (alongside 5 other models) from the official list back in January, IIRC.

Blue livery for Cadillac V-Series.R is not officially announced yet

Reeeeeally hope that Speedster makes the cut, even if the vibe around it is more Horizon than Motorsport. And yes; I know it basically has a race engine.

Me too

Meanwhile, we have another #NewToMotorsport car from FH5 confirmed: 2018 Ferrari FXX-K Evo.

Added to the list.

Reveal of the Ferrari FXX-K Evo is followed by another (short) list of confirmed cars on Twitter. There are only 3 new models:

  • 2017 Aston Martin Vulcan AMR Pro — #NtM (it will be featured alongside the “normal” Vulcan)
  • 1998 Ferrari #12 Risi Competizione F333 SP
  • 2012 Ferrari 599XX Evolution

I’ve added them to my list.

I would prefere getting the Porsche 963 75th year edition than a Porsche Taycan special livery in my message center in FM. But maybe they still have announcements about that. Can’t wait to play to FM.

I have completely forgotten about this. If this somehow means they’re going to fix 1 (one) car model then it’s one step out of uhhhh… around 750?

I’m loving how many Aston Martins this game is going to have.

If there is any LMDh or LMH or old LMP I am happy  .
The Cadillac V-Series.R was a good new, also I love the Peugeot 905 Talbot Sport.

The official car list is missing the 2023 Corvette Z06 and the MK5 Supra.

3 cars from the raceday car pack is also listed:
2018 Acura #36 NSX GT3
2018 Audi #44 R8 LMS GT3
2014 Ford #17 AMD Tuning Focus ST BTCC

Are they not DLC after all? The other cars from the same car pack is not listed.

These 3 cars were revealed earlier, before Race Day Car Pack was announced. Probably that’s why T10 kept them on the official list of cars included in the game.

Other cars were not officially confirmed yet (with exception of Vauxhall Astra but it’s mentioned only in Race Day Car Pack’s description for now).

I see, they’re not really included with the game when they are dlc though

The 2023 Z06 was in a list of cars posted on their official facebook :man_shrugging:

It wouldn’t be the only missing car, vintage racers revealed on August 15th weren’t added to the official list too (among others)

However, I can see the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 at forza.net

Not sure what Lamborghini they will (or even if) they are going to include in the Forza GT category.

Previously they have used the Super Trofeo (which did feature in the Developer Direct last year) but it hasn’t been announced anywhere I don’t think.

Good to see the old Ferrari 458 has been replaced by the 488 Challenge car, even if not the GT3 version or the new 296.

We have finally some interesting car reveals

There are 33 new models confirmed, including one #NewToMotorsport (Nissan Pulsar GTI-R '90) and two returning from FM4 (Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo '96 and Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R '98).

The amount of FM1 models here makes me consider just switching to GT so that my eyes won’t burn. FM has to prove itself with the driving model, if it fails at that then it’s over.
