Holden & Vaxhall in european sport car ?

Vauxhall are british so would be European

I’m more puzzled by Hyundai.

Looks like we really aren’t getting any Tesla.

The News cover says from Europe and around the world.
“cars that represent a worldwide sample of automotive excellence, with a particular focus on the best cars coming out of Europe (and beyond, in a few cases!)”

AKA, Volkswagen are back edition…

Surprised that there’s no beetle or camper… or anything more recent from them than 2014…

The first was mentioned in the cars pre 70s

Well the 2010 Abarth 500 didn’t make the cut, are we going to have the new version?

The 2016 695 Biposto is in, which is basically a souped-up 500.

null
Yes, but it would be great to have the new 595 competizione to compare them, anyway a good list but not big news, lets see whats next

Thought I’d do a bit of quotework, highlighting cars that are either new to XB1 and/or new to FM. I also left the 2012 XKR-S, last seen in FH2.

Interesting notes:

No Abarth 500 esseesse, no BMW M235i, no Hyundai Genesis.

Edit: Also to add: there are no new cars in this week’s reveal.

Yep. Kinda given up hope that we’re going to see anything new until DLC. Bit of a crock, if you ask me. T10 does know that the MY2017 is essentially over, right? They are aware that MY2018 is here, and with it a righteous set of very good new cars? Have you SEEN the '18 ZL1 1LE in the latest R&T?!?!? It’s real, and it’s specTACULAR.

Having said that, there are some great cars here that I do like driving…in FM6. Which I’m going to do right now and for the forseeable future unless T10 gives me something worth my while. Bring on Gamescom.

and again, so many great road cars which are (sorry) useless in the motorsport series. why are for example most audis only liscensed for motorsport?

Nice to see a good roster of Holden’s, as well as the retro Beemers and Audi’s, especially the 850! That one’s long been a dream car of mine, hoping this also has the Alpina kit that’s usually present in the series.

No new announcements again, are we going to be able to count the number of new to Forza cars on our fingers for this iteration?

No Metro 6R4 though, I’ll be disappointed if this one’s left out.

So because you don’t use them, they’re useless? It’s not like nobody’s ever raced any of these cars! I can almost guarantee that at some point in time, someone’s used these cars on the track.

Or a previous one.

The VW Hippie Bus? It was already announced as 1963 Volkswagen Type 2 De Luxe

No Vauxhall Manaro? nor the 2006 GTO…sad…loved those cars in FM3
And No Genesis???

Peugeot, Seat, Citroen 's lost cars were expected to appear from FM4.
But the reality is zero. …Good news.
Oh, Turn10. Do you hate Peugeot and Citroen?

Again, a little disappointing… Back when they did the weekly reveals for FM6, they almost always showcased new to the series cars. Correct me if i’m wrong, but nothing about that Caterham is new. I’m starting to think that the 700 cars are either carryovers or rehashes. Kind of a let down, there’s been only 3 new to the series cars released, not sure if I want to buy FM7 if it’s just recycled content. Just my two cents.
