It’s been a week since I have purchased the Forza Motorsport 7 ultimate edition and I still have not gotten my 4 forza cars and gift credits. What should I do?

The cars and CR issued to VIP users were only handed out to people that purchased the game before the description of VIP was corrected. If you only purchased this a week ago it may not apply to you.
