Now is this a “I know” or “I guess” for split-screen?
Cause I’ve already I’ve already pre ordered it but if there’s no split screen/system link/split-screen drag racing? I’m gonna cancel it.

You have access to all the same info as the people who made up your 100 views. Turn 10 have not said if this was an option yet so none of those 100 views know anymore about it than you do. No one is keeping any information from you.

I can’t see why they wouldn’t. FM6 had split screen. I don’t have a second Xbox one so I’ve never used system link.

There’s always split screen. Unfortunately, details are scarce at the moment as for what may or may not be new or different from Forza 6’s split-screen.
My dad and I like to race each other, but the options in FM6 were severely limited. No option for start style, no AI competition allowed, and many other Free Play single-player options available are not available if a second player joins in Free Play.
Hopefully this changes. I’m annoyed that T10 focuses more attention to crash-heavy lobby options (ie, timed races instead of lap-based) and not implementing these same options into Free Play. What if my dad and I want to try a split-screen game of Multi-class Racing with a timer of 2 hours with basic AI?

It says: Xbox Live Local Co-op - 2… Does this mean I have to have Internet to play splitscreen?
I’m not sure. It also says “shared/splitscreen” so It should be offline.

I’m not expecting anything great. FM6 split-screen was absolutely terrible and it’s obvious that T10 is much more concerned with other facets of the game (and rightly so, there’s a lot of other more important improvements that the franchise could make).
At the very least we’ll probably have the same exact split-screen from Forza 6, for better or for worse
