I bought the complete add-on collection and I’m missing 1 add-on. I already spoke with Xbox live support over the phone and the rep told me to contact a specialist in this forum for help so they would know what to do next. Please help me. I should not be paying for this. It’s supposed to be included.
The Complete Edition should be called the “Almost Complete Edition” since it doesn’t actually include all DLC. Like pretty much every other thing T10 puts out, it doesn’t include everything (Ultimate Editions, Car pass).

The 2016 #66 Ford GT Le Mans Race Car was sent free to everyone on June 7, 2016 via Xbox Live messages to everyone who had played Forza Motorsport 6, to celebrate the Forza Racing Championship.
Therefore, it is not part of any DLC package and only available as a standalone purchase now.
Despite the name, the package indicates what is included, the 2016 #66 Ford GT not among them.

Thant strange as I purchesed the complete add on bundel early this year about 2 weeks after I purchased FM6 would have been in January for FM 6 and Febuary for the complet bundel that included all download content, and I have that car just doubled checked and it is in the installed section. So they should have it unless they changed the complet download add on pack.
You would have received a download code for the car around June 7, 2016 via Xbox Live Messages since you had played FM6 prior to that date.
It is not part of any DLC package, and not included in the complete bundle. It is only available as a standalone purchase now.
