I started playing FM3 May 2020 and the only things that updated for it on the Forza Hub are GamerScore and Paid DLC Owned. The points for Days Played, Driver Level, Miles Driven and Cars Owned are still at zero. I submitted a ticket to support@forzasupport.zendesk.com last November and again a few days ago but the only replies I received are it is a known issue and is being worked on. My question is, is anyone specifically looking into Forza Motorsport 3? I know it’s a legacy title and probably not as important as Forza Horizon 4 and trying to get Forza Motorsport 8 out but those 4 categories are worth a total of 600 pts.
If this will not be fixed, will the total Forza Points attainable (25,000) be adjusted down?

It’s not just an FM3 issue, the whole rewards points thing is broken. I’m waiting for FH4 car masteries to update since December; apparently I’ve driven only 90 miles in FH1 despite having pretty much finished all the championships, etc. but other things do seem to update fairly often. I’d suggest you wait, it’ll probably happen one day, but don’t expect any adjustments 
All other Forza games seems to have updated. The only two for me left are FM3 and FH4. Like you, I’m waiting for Car Masteries to fully update from Dec. It did partially update the other week as it added 100 pts to my total. Just waiting for the final 200 pts. I’m not worried about this game since it’s the latest one and it did update two weeks ago. Whereas, FM3 has not updated at all in those four categories for eight months now.
