I’ve finally had enough. Have bought every Forza from the start and I just don’t see the point anymore. It’s gotten so stupidly un realistic that it might as well be any arcade game. The developers have butchered most of the things that made the game great. For example go back to Forza 3/4 where someone actually Bothered with some basic attention to detail when it comes to doing upgrades. Unrealistic conversions where ruled out depending on car. Another thing that’s starting to really grind my gears is the overly sensitive physics. As someone that has owned several high performance cars at various levels of modification I can 1000% say that tyres don’t turn to jelly just because you hung the back end out through a couple of corners. Just the same as breaking traction doesn’t instantly lead to snap weight transfer in the opposite direction. The developers have gotten lazy. I don’t see any changes from 6 except more crappy arcade features and the stupid collectors tier which is incredibly inaccurate to the cars real collectors status. Leave that rubbish along with Mods etc to Horizon. I don’t know if you lost the best developers that actually knew a thing or two about cars and car culture or whether you just sold out to appeal to more of a main stream audience regardless the game is crap with no innovation. And before anyone says anything about graphics I’ve got a $7000 4k TV and the exhaust coming of the back of the turbo on the trucks is still square. Don’t think the TV had a say in it. I won’t be buying the next itineration, which is quite dissapointing as I’ve played these to death from the start & other than GTA this is the only game/franchise I play.
