Have a Forza Horizon Legacy Collection Edition for people to play the maps from 1 to 4 on the Xbox Series X and PC like MCC did with Halo. Some people never got to play the old games for various reasons.
License issues prevent this. Get the discs from secondhand stores or eBay, they will all work in the Series X.

And this has to be priced carefully unless they add it to game pass as well they could add every car pack to!
