Same here cause why else FH5 updates are non existent for it just doesn’t make sense especially since FH5 has been out for 4 year’s now and I just don’t see it making it to the year 2027 and as for a 2026 release they could release it anywhere from January-March or July-September to avoid GTA6 and Fable Reboot but since there’s a huge gap length in 2025 it’ll be stupid to not release it this year and at this point I’ll even take a teaser trailer but I’m hoping and praying for an announcement trailer so

He said next year we’ll be celebrating 25 years of Xbox, yata yata.. you’ll get to celebrate it with the new Fable, next Forza. I know i said i’ll stop guessing but next possible date is Spring Xbox showcase and maybe a summer release at the earliest.

Makes me wonder how bad things are for Horizon 6 (or possibly Fable) behind the scenes if they needed all hands on deck a year before release.

It’s Forza Horizon 6. They might reveal it at the 2026 showcase and even include it in the immediate direct (if the release date is going to be at the end of the 2026)

Yeah, they don’t want to overshadow FH5 on PS5 or the likely Nintendo Switch port. So no FH6 this year.
I presume they’ll throw us a few isolated updates to keep FH5 ticking over.

Over 4 years of development is unseen. I suppose Phill said this just so that he comforts us that we’re definitely getting Fable and Forza even though he knew they wouldn’t appear on this showcase. They know people were expecting to see the these games.
I know it’s not what we wanted to hear but at least there was a conscious effort on Xbox’s end for trying to let us know, so we’re not absolutely left in the dark. Doesn’t change the fact that i’m still disappointed and my interest in Horizon 6 has fallen off a cliff at this point.

but 4 years on a devloppement of a racing game and still no news + eol for fh5 is kinda insane

Especially if it ends up being extremely similar to Horizon 4 and 5 in terms of gameplay and single player content, which is highly likely.

This might mean that the FH6 is being developed with the new forza tech game engine.
Another potential reveal date other that the 2026 showcase can be the 2026 game awards.
