Vehicles on the Auction usually have limits. When I tried to post pretty much the same vehicle that I had purchased previously, it wouldn’t allow me to get anything close to a million, let alone, 20 million. Something needs to be done about all of the issues with the Auction block, not just this one. Pretty much as soon as an auction enters the “ending soon” phase, all I get or errors trying to post a bid.
Only Legendary painters and Tuners can sell all the cars for 20M.
I don’t get why anyone would spend 20 mil when you can get it for 84K from the person above
They are selling a Police Interceptor Vinyl, and tune. That’s why artists, and tuners get Legendary Status. Some people just don’t know how to put the lights on the cars.
That’s news to me.
I guess I am one of those people that just don’t know how to put the lights on the car. Would you mind explaining how to do that and if there is something I need to do to unlock them as an option? I have seen some YouTube videos trying to explain it, but using the same car and the artist for the skin they used and the lightbar options don’t appear for me.
The roof lights are under “side skirts” for some reason.
So go to, Garage > Upgrades and Tuning > Custom Upgrades > Aero and Appearance > Side Skirts.
I don’t have any option for Side Skirts.
Hell I’d be happy if after purchasing a 300k car and putting my 40k tune on it I would be able to set a buyout over 200k. Like it won’t even let u break even. Very off putting.
Well the game designers should have given players the chance to profit with every car.
Still doesn’t make sense though. A quick search would tell you that the seller has that paint and tune on their SF so you’d be better off just buying a Crown Vic for 25k and downloading from their store - I don’t begrudge the seller though, if people are daft enough to shell out over the odds then that’s their lookout 
Personally I’d like to see the Devs do away with the whole Legendary status thingy and just allow everyone to set whatever prices they want for any car. While we’re on the subject of oddities, I thought this strange in H4 and it seems to have carried forward to this game too:
Why have a max buyout search for 90m when the highest amount anyone can set is 20m???
