after uploading my video my video loses quality.

I have already watched some tutorials but nothing helped. I rendered my video in 4K to get the VP09 codec, but it didn’t help. Felt all render settings tried, but all without success.

When I watch the rendered video on my PC it is perfect. But after uploading it gets bad immediately. In 4K it is still okay, but in FullHD it is too blurry/pixeled.

The quality of yours looks much the same as the other one, as far as I can see. You aren’t going to get much better than that out of YouTube, unless you’re a major channel and are rewarded with higher quality encoding settings by YouTube.
