Forza Horizon 4 using all 16GB of RAM then crashing in intro

Hey Guys,
I don"t know what is going on, but for some reason, Forza is using all 16GB of my ram. I know this should not be happening, because who would ever make a game that does that? All I know is no matter what setting I change, even on the absolute lowest settings, it does the same as when it is at full settings. I am using a Dell XPS 15 9575 laptop. It has an i7-8705g, 16gb of ram, a 256gb SSD, and an Intel HD 630 IGPU backed by a Radeon Vega M GL (about an RX 470-480 ish) with 4gb of VRAM. Forza works until you start the intro, where it stutters and then promptly crashes. It is not an overheating issue, and the VRAM is not completely being used. Is anyone else having these issues? Can someone help me?
