Will we have more than one person in the forum support?
Even on the busiest day, you don’t need more than one person covering the support forum. Sure if you’re looking at 24/7 cover it might warrant 3 people covering 8 hour shifts.
But in reality all the support forum can offer is effectively triage, highlighting & passing priority cases to the relevant part of the dev team to investigate.
The mods do a great job of merging related threads, which means the support contact can focus on a smaller/ concentrated number of issues.
People can always help themselves by reading the stickies as well, which guide you on how to post a problem. Half the posts I read don’t remember to mention what platform they are playing on & can be vague at best as to what the problem is.
