Forza Horizon 4 Support for achievements

Please give me the contact details of someone who can help me solve the problem with unlocking achievements. I keep getting referred from one department to another. From Playground to Xbox and then back to Playground. I received a very long email from Xbox in which it says that PLAYGROUND must solve my problem and this was written by a person from Xbox Support and despite the fact that I sent this email to Forza Support, I received ONE SENTENCE in response that I should write to Xbox… Please help because it’s been a dozen or so hours of conversations that have led nowhere. Support behaves as if it was AI working there and not people because they don’t respond to what I write at all. No one even bothers to sign their name and surname, my requests to forward the case to someone higher up are also ignored and this is a non-standard problem and these achievements must be unlocked manually. Please help. I’ve been buying your games since the X360 and I’m very disappointed with how you treat a loyal fan.

Hi Jaszq, I’m Adam, the head of Forza Support, and wanted to reach out to you directly as I know you’ve had a frustrating experience regarding trying to find a solution to get a few achievements unlocked in FH4.

First, we apologize for the back and forth you had to endure with us and Xbox Support, this is definitely not the experience we want for our Forza players, and know this probably made the situation feel much worse. After personally digging into it, I can confirm that Xbox Support in fact does not have the ability to unlock achievements manually, and unfortunately, neither do we here at Forza. I have let our Forza Support team know that we shouldn’t be directing anybody asking about achievement unlocks to Xbox Support in our communications, now knowing that they can’t. At the same time, I’ve also communicated with our partners at Xbox Support to adjust their messaging similarly, so we can avoid your experience for others in the future.

When we announced the Forza Horizon 4 delisting back in June of last year, it was important for us to give players ample time to complete any remaining festival playlist activity and to specifically call out how to unlock any achievements that might be impossible after Series 77 ended on August 22nd.

Again, sorry for your frustration, but unfortunately, there is nothing we can do regarding those achievements.”
