I decided to buy the version of Forza Horizon 4, and finally I bought the Ultimate edition to have the perfect experience.
Finally, I can not join the game online, I do not have access to Forzathon, and I can not even buy anything in auctions, I can not share my paintings on cars and I can not attend online championships, just about everything online. I contacted support from forzamotosport and sent them screenshots, etc., and they just do not happen, no advice, just send me an email that they send to a specialist but he did not call me, so I contacted Microsoft Techniques and they at least called and solved the problem, we did not solve the problem. As far as the setup is concerned, I have everything right, both in the modem and the PC. Yesterday, I tried to reinstall my PC. If it does not, I think I’ll want the money back. Same problem from 2 months. I delete 3 xbox live counts, delete all datas saved from the game and the problem is continuing.

What makes it extremely frustrating is, whenever you see someone in a live stream ask a question, they all get told the same thing, “Go and post it on the forums”. And yet, here we are, doing exactly that, and no one actually bothers to help you out. The technical support for this game is shockingly bad!! Very disappointing… (and yes, i am experiencing exactly the same problem, with no result).
Yup, 2 forum posts and like 10 support tickets from me and my friends and still no respons to this problem…
It’s so fun not being able to play with the new cars smh…
Look how old this thread is, now imagine how many tickets that has been sent… Forza support is worse than EA at this point smh…
