Forza horizon 4 low bandwith possible fix?

So first off her are my pc specs:
-Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING OC PRO-6GD
-AMD Ryzen 5 3600 4, 2GHz AM4 35MB Cache Wraith Stealth
-MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WiFi AMD AM4 DDR4 CF m.2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 WLAN 6 HDMI ATX Gaming Motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB Desktop Memory Kit - Black
-Corsair CP-9020133-EU TX-M series Part-modular cable management ATX PC power supply

So this build should be more than enough for this game, even the game itself suggests ultra settings. Yet I am constantly dealing with this streaming delay error popping up, and the game freezing at certain times. I had the game installed on my ssd : Samsung MZ-76E1T0B/EU Internal SATA SSD 860 EVO 1 TB 2.5 inch up to 550 MB/s black, same as the operating system, windows 10. I’ve read lots of posts suggesting that is the problem . So reinstalled forza on my other ssd : SanDisk SSD Plus Sata III Internal SSD, Black. And now it seems to be freezing even worse. Even though both ssd’s have almost the same read speed, write speed is only shown as 1 on amazon where I bought it. But is that important as well? So might the solution be, to reinstall the operating system on my 2nd hard drive, and install forza on the other drive, where forza was performing better? Or should I just buy something like :Samsung 980 PRO PCIe 4.0 (up to 7,000 MB/s) NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD). This SSD has can read at 6400/mbs, and write at 2700, which is miles better than what I have. Might that be a good solution, or do I try to install the operating system on the 2nd drive , and forza on the 1st one?
