Forza Horizon 4 Gamer Tag Banned

My Gamertag in Horizon 4 was banned for no reason. Now i cant connect to online or access the forzathon shop and sell house. I sent over 2 tickets now since 3 weeks and had no answer. Please can anyone help me? I just wanna play with my friends and i bought the game only since 1 month.
