hello, i’m brazilian so, from here i say i’m sorry for some english grammatical error!
this problem follow me from the Forza Horizon 3.
i have the standard edition and play it since the launch… but from a week ago, when I gave up to fix it, i’ve tryied to play the Forza Horizon 4 demo, thinking it will be different… but no.
my network speed is 120mb download / 10mb upload.
I click on the windows store, or in the start menu to open the forza horizon 4 demo, it plays the cutscenes… i press enter and the game starts loading… a popup appears and say:
Syncing data
We should be done soon!
0% (and past 5 hours and a half… it keeps stucked in 0%, in the others data syncs in the past… it takes like 20 minutes, 1 hour in max)

Please, help me, i’ve forced the windows updtate, i’ve updated the xbox app, reinstaled the FH4 demo, my video drivers are up to date (Geforce GTX 970, driver: 399.24), i’ve tryied to play offline too…
