I have an account since the launch of FH4 in 2017 and on 07/13/2023 my account was banned because I accessed it on my friend’s PC it was banned for using a cheat and my account just for having logged into his PC years ago was banned this month after years, I asked via the forum for proof of what I supposedly did wrong and for a change they didn’t send anything, they simply banned you, my account of years and dedication and I couldn’t even play FH4 anymore, I’m a fan of the franchise, I have all the games in the series and this is the treatment I asked for reimbursement of the purchased games and DLC they sent the order to Microsoft in contact with them they answered me and helped me in whatever way they could, as it has been years since the purchase in contact with Microsoft it is not possible to refund, I tried to appeal and nothing only I would like to be able to play again until I give up my current save, I would like this review and analysis of my arguments which were taken into account by the forza forum, please help me.
