Forza Horizon 2 VIP Benefits not working.

I bought the Forza Horizon 2 VIP Edition so I could get the rewards for having that. But I’ve been playing it over a week now and haven’t received any VIP rewards or anything when I do my wheelspins. I contacted Microsoft and they said they’d sort this for me by crediting my account with what I’ve missed. But I’m now level 55 and missed out on a lot of possible credit rewards because of this, Has anyone else had this same problem? Quite annoying when you pay the price for a VIP edition of a game but don’t get what your meant to.

By “VIP Edition” do you mean the hard copy Limited Collector’s Edition or the digital copy Ultimate Edition? If the former, did you enter your code in the Xbox Marketplace to claim your membership?

If you select the game on the main Xbox dashboard and go to manage game, do you see a smaller tile with VIP Pass next to the game? If not, you have not downloaded the VIP Pass.

If it’s there but under the “To install” then you simply need to let it install before it will take effect.
