On my xbox one I downloaded my friend’s xbox live account so he could play. Then the next time i got on Fast and Furious it said that my forza horizon profile was unavailable and that I had to delete it from the xbox dashboard and create a new one… I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP PLEASE!!!
Check Xbox Live Service Alerts and make sure all is ok.
Do you own the Fast and Furious Expansion or is your friend the one that owns it. Just because it is on your console does not mean you have the rights to play it. If you do not own it and your friend does, then your friend’s account must be logged in for you to have access to it.
Do not remove your profile from your console. It shouldn’t be necessary.
Also, try a full power cycle and see if that does not help.
You simply need to Recover your Gamertag on your own Xbox One. If you have difficulty doing that, contact Xbox Support and they can walk you through it: Xbox Support
