Forza Horizon 2 present FnF rewards not working?

I have the game nearly 100%, only missing speed cameras. I have all roads, 25 ultimate passes, all boards smashed, all cars, and done all the bucket list items. But nothing is registering on Forza Hub except for achievements.

Can I ask why and for help? I’m trying to get tier 8 before FM6 comes out and this will help.

FH2 and FF7 have an infrastructure problem that is being worked on now and should be fully resolved soon. Unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA yet but I know there are people looking at it.

For FM5, we’ve found and fixed a bug that requires a server update. With any luck, we’ll make that update tomorrow. I’ll post in the Rewards FAQ when that fix goes live.
