It was working 2-3 days ago, but only on really low FPS, today’s drivers apparently fixed it but now I can’t even run the game.
Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 B45 2.9Ghz
6GB DDR3 Ram, 1333MHz
AMD HD7750 1GB
1680x1050 screen resolution
No idea what to do.
Run Windows Update, lower your resolution, play the game in window mode (not full screen), try using the AMD drivers released on launch day, and these support links:

Ultimately though it looks like you’re playing on hardware below the minimum specs, in which case the “what to do” answer would be to get the suggested hardware.

Well the game ran on low FPS settings 2 days ago, why isn’t it working now? Does the new update add that the game can’t work on specific GPU’s? What would be the best step to take to make it work? I suppose adding 2GBs of RAM?
Btw, did all you said, still nothing.
I already struggled on 720p with a GT730 to get anywhere near 20fps at all. Your HD7750 is hardly “twice” as good but you are trying to run a resolution that has twice the pixels.
Have to agree with ManteoMax; your PC might run it (barely) but don’t get any hopes up that a driver or WindowsUpdate will fix anything for good.
I’m willing to play the game on the lowest possible settings, just so I can play it. So, if my PC needs more RAM or a better GPU, which one should I get?
How to get past the loading screen.
GTX 650 (+ g1820) runs 1080 high at ~25FPS,plenty more with a better CPU.
