It may not sound like much, but Leading Light Design is one of the favourite companies of the most acclaimed studios in the video game industry when it comes to making conceptual, commercial and other artistic design elements. Journalist Juan Rubio, Vandal’s fellow editor, claims to have discovered that the company’s portfolio contains conceptual images of what could clearly be Forza Horizon 4, one of the most important games that Microsoft would present in this E3 2018.
I have just learnt that on leading light studios official webpage the screenshots are still there
All you need to do is scroll down to Key art for the most interesting screen shot which shows a balloon in it with the forza logo confirming that this was not done by someone else on Photoshop but in fact that this was created by LLD Themselves

While I am quite excited for Horizon 4, I must say I have had enough of driving on the wrong side of the road for now. I am most definitely hoping for a location other than the 2 that have been rumoured.
Given that all the cars in the art work were FM4 cars (old regulation GT500 GT-R, the pre facelift GT-R, Furai and 2013 BOSS Mustang) that we mostly haven’t seen since on Xbox One, along with the old Forza logo, I’d say this is concept art for the original Horizon.
Also remember the Dodge Charger in a bayou art work before Horizon 2?
