Couldn’t get to work at all on the computer with any browser. Troubleshooted the problem after searching the error message, did all the necessary fixes but nothing worked. I think the error is specific to the site the survey is on for some reason. Maybe a software conflict or something. All of the suggested fixes seem to assume I couldn’t connect to anything at all. Weird.
I did manage to complete the survey with my phone though.
