Forza Motorsport 7 is now stuttering, with an audio and video stutter, at the end of every race!

Check nearly any race in my playlist and compare to the first race which was captured a year ago and does not stutter:
It is reproduced 100% of the time. This has been for months. Including reboots. Etc. If you continue watching, it stutters again when the menus are loaded. It is sort of ruining the smooth flow of my videos.
Any ideas how to fix this?
