I find that unless i do another event and collecting rewards i dont get the final prize some times

Yea, the same thing is happening on 3 challenges on my xbox(1st Gen). They’ve been completed for about 12 hours and the xbox was off all night. I even tried unplugging it for 5 minutes or so.
Did you try doing another race/event after you completed the challenges
Yea, since i completed them, I have done quite a few rivals. There are a couple of other challenges in there that, I haven’t completed. I’m going to try and complete another and see what happens.
This is happening to me as well on the PC since a couple of days ago. If you check the Xbox status page you will see there are problems with xbox live and one of them is achievements. This has been a problem over the last few days. My Xbox app on the PC shows an alert that there are issues with Live so that is probably the culprit. I’m sure everything will work once the issues have been ironed out.
No luck. Now there is a fourth hung in there. I did a couple of races after and didn’t receive anything so, I gave it a restart. At least there is still 16 days, maybe they’ll get recognized in time.
Read my post. Until Xbox live is working properly you’re wasting your time trying to unlock any achievements. Once the issues with live are ironed out the cars will probably unlock.

That’s what I thought. lol Just don’t want others pulling their hair out doing the challenges over and over just in case the rewards don’t pop once everything is fixed. I’m guessing when it is the achievements will register. It’s weird having the events all listed as done with the box not greyed out. I wonder which countries are affected by this. I’m in Canada and I think the US is out too.

It’s worldwide most likely. My gamerscore was 0 for every game the last couple of days, but it seems that it’s fixed now.
I had the same problem. I solved it now doing again the last challenge of the trophy. Same for the three I had this issue. Hope that helps. Sorry for my english!
