Forza 7 locked at 30FPS [PC]

Hello, I have Forza 7 PC version. Today I started to play and I saw that something was wrong.

I went to graphics options and ran benchmark. The benchmark’s result was 30 FPS.

I tried all option: DINAMIC, ULTRA, LOW, VERY LOW, 60 FPS, 60 FPS(V-SYNC), UNLOCKED… all benchmark’s results were 30 FPS.

Before, I used to play at ULTRA 1080p 60FPS perfectly, but now it’s locked at 30FPS.

I’ve tried other games and works fine at 60FPS

My PC:
i7-6700K
16 GB
GTX 1070
Windows 10

What’s happends?

I just discovered that in window mode, the benchmark’s results are 60FPS
The problem is in full screen.

If you recently did the Windows 10 Fall Creators update (1709) … it`d likely be that.

The problem is the last Update (1709) and duplicate screen option.
I’ve disabled duplicated screen and unlocked frame rate, now the results are 144,7 FPS at fullscreen.
All settings in ULTRA 1080p.
