My digital ultimate of Forza 7 won’t stop to crash since september update on One X.
My message center stay empty, loading Forzathon reward : crash, going to garage and select a car : crash, buy a car : crash, play : sound stutturing and crash.
Crash, crash, crash… I can’t play more than 5 minutes…
What did you do with this update ???

I have the same problem on Xbox one. The game crashes when I go to the garage. Same when I try to play the career mode. Also, nothing happens when I launch the experimental drag race in free play, the game keeps on loading. The driver on the home screen is weird (he looks like a scarecrow, doesn’t move and only the upper half of his body is visible). Does anyone have the same issues ? Please fix this quickly, I can’t play this game anymore, this is insane !

Try doing a hard reset on your xbox. Unplug the power, wait a few minutes, then restart. For some reason it is often required after an update for some players. It is not a “fix all” but most times will resolve these issues.

Thank you, I have done the hard reset several times but the problem still remains unfortunately. Actually the game crashes when I do everything that has to do with changing the car (going to the garage, going to the specialty dealer, changing car in free play, etc.). If I try to race with the current car nothing happens either as the track won’t load. The driver is broken and it is no longer possible to open the doors in forza vista. And the message center is empty as well (apparently several people seem to have this issue). The September update has ruined everything, it’s the worst thing they have done so far. I guess I will have to wait until the October update to play the game again !
